Shiva standing facing, raising his right hand and placing his left above his companion, the bull Nandi, seated behind him. Rev. Kota symbol flanked by semi-circles; around, dotted border. Rare with Shiva and Nandi bull facing right. The reverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, very fine.

The Kota Kula were likely related to the Huna people, and, more specifically, to the Kidarites.
